In addition, developing, creating, modifying and executing new processes related to the operating systems to improve efficiencies within the organization.
nn nn n nn nn Essential Duties and Responsibilities: nn nn n nn Documents existing business processes and translates into loan origination system requirements Assist with project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements while ensuring project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately Oversees and regularly updates system requirements, including documenting rule logic Research and respond to user inquiries regarding the operating systems by self-administering or working directly with the vendor to resolve issues in a timely manner Regularly updates operating systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy guidelines and state specific requirements while ensuring quality assurance through testing Works with various department team members and management to execute department projects and system enhancements Provides functional and technical support to the frontline and back office departments as well as training on new processes or initiatives Participate in creating, modifying and executing new processes related to the operating systems to improve efficiencies related to all areas of the business.
nn n nn nn Qualifications: nn nn n nn Minimum of two (2) years” experience in Lending or Real Estate Operations with experience in project management and related regulatory and compliance requirements preferred.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time efficiently in order to meet established deadlines while demonstrating an appreciation for accuracy and service.
Possess strong communication, problem solving, and process management skills.
Ability to have a customer focus and view the product from the big picture/customer experience.
Ability to work effectively and communicate with management, members, internal/external contacts and vendors.
Perform other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and BCU.
Self-motivated with the ability to work well both in groups and independently.
