This role is made for someone who loves structure, organization, and developingexecuting project plans. Two of the most important traits in this role are collaboration and attention to detail as you will be developing project plans and driving the execution of those plans in partnership with technology, business and distributor partner team members. Overview DevelopExecute project plans to enable system exits Identify manage risks, issues and decisions Capture and follow-up on action items Capture forecasts and actuals for multiple workstreams Leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation andor modification of technology projects. Prepares project execution plan ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment. Define, implement, maintain, and communicate program management procedures and processes to enable work streams to deliver against the defined project goals and scope on time and on budget Manage project budgets and scope and conduct resource mitigation planning for risks that are proactively identified Responsible for program scope, change, issue and risk management Identify and manage risks, changes, issues and scope. Facilitate mitigation through relevant stakeholders and governance processes. Support the product owner in managing customer expectations for program deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of program governance. Establish strong relationships with key technicalbusiness stakeholders. Build effective, efficient working relationship with related and assigned teams Define, implement and monitor metrics and KPIs to report project status and ensure ongoing strategic alignment with short and long-term business objectives. Define and manage a well-defined program management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for agile program, management Investigative analysis on functional pain points (process and system gaps) and strive for continuous process improvement. Use data to quantify pain points, develop business cases, and tell the story to Enterprise leadership Requirements Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant areas andor extensive work experience focused in system management and analysis Minimum 5 years of related professional experience required leading highly cross functional technology projectsprograms Strong technical skillset In-depth understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how theyrsquore applied in workplace culture Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to understand technical and non-technical problems and facilitate a path to resolution Extensive experience in Project Management process including developing and driving process and tools standardization and adoption. Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Coaching and mentoring of Project team members including less seasoned Project managers in an inspirational and effective manner is critical. Substantial experience leading multiple projects in a large scale Systems delivery environment. PMP certified and experience in running programs over 1M across multiple years. Ability to lead and drive cross-functional, geographically disperse programs with multiple work streams. Will include coaching, mentoring and performance tracking.
