Membership Customer Sales and Service Representatives – The Auto Club Group
What you will do:
The Auto Club Group is seeking Customer Sales and Service Representatives for our Membership group who can provide solutions and consulting to our customers and members on AAA products and services through account analysis and cross-selling. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups’ 60+ million members.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
Provides world-class member-centric experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
Sell new memberships and upgrades to increase base growth.
Consults members on club products and appropriately cross-sell/makes referrals on products and services to maximize information and sales opportunities for the organization.
Receive and process Auto Travel calls as needed.
Adhere to performance metrics to include managing calls, schedule adherence, and other metrics as prescribed by leadership.

While this position is primarily membership sales, the position also requires the ability to create opportunities and referrals for sales of other products such as Life Insurance and Financial products. You will also perform other duties as necessary.

Our Auto Club Group Customer Service Representative earn a competitive salary of $14.50 per hour to start with unlimited caps on commission and incentives
Full time, paid training beginning on May 03, 2021

We’re looking for candidates who:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum: 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.
Basic knowledge of PC navigation, Internet usage, sending receiving emails, toggling between applications, and other skills and computer knowledge is required
Soft sell skills.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues.
Desire and capability to work from home and/or in an office environment
Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service. Advanced computer skills. Prior sales experience.
Home Office Requirements include:
A designated workspace free from interruptions and distractions
Workspace large enough for monitors, laptop and phone
100MB per second high-speed Internet with the ability to connect a computer and phone line directly into a modem
Personal laptop or computer (Chrome Book or Tablets will not provide the necessary bandwidth to perform duties)
Ability to plug in (4) outlets with power strips
Personal cell phone during training with the ability to download company apps for network access
Earbuds or phones recommended
A successful customer service representative will possess effective communication skills, a positive and upbeat attitude, prospecting skills, ambition, motivation, and drive!
