As our second Marketing Team member you will support team operations and provide administrative coordination for key marketing initiatives including digital marketing, events, direct mail, and marketing collateral and promotional items.nn nn nn nn What are the opportunities you”ll tackle?
nn nn nn nn Manage the CMO”s calendar and assist with daily marketing activitiesnn nn Assist with executing and measuring marketing campaigns, including email, social media, web, SEO/SEM, blog, and direct marketing.nn nn Assist with daily social media presence on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedInnn nn Keep promotional materials up to date, coordinating with marketing team, sales team, and vendors.nn nn Work with marketing team members to assist in ad hoc day-to-day requests/activities (event planning, writing, analysis, budget tracking, SFDC, Pardot, general issues/questions, etc.)nn nn Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)nn nn Maintain the marketing promotional calendar, coordinating team assets for multi-channel campaignsnn nn Coordinate and order SWAG items for conferences, corporate events and internal company usenn nn Organize copy editing and writing needs for marketing materialnn nn Manage marketing invoicing/billingnn nn Manage weekly marketing team meetingsnn nn n nn nn n nn nn This opportunity is for you if you have/are: nn nn nn nn 1+ years of B2B marketing experience or significant internship experiencenn nn 1+ years of Digital marketing experience or significant internship experiencenn nn Experienced with SEM, Social media and email marketingnn nn Familiar with measurement of marketing activitiesnn nn Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)nn nn A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)nn nn Great communication skills and organizational skillsnn nn Proactive with strong drive to meet deadlinesnn nn A strong attention to detailnn nn An ability to work cross-functionallynn nn A natural curiosity – Desire to learn new skills as the need arisesnn nn Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plusnn nn An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field is a plusnn nn Pardot and Salesforce experience is a plusnn nn nn nn As a MountainSeed employee you will enjoy benefits such as 3 weeks PTO, 13 company paid holidays, and a flexible working environment.

This position will be remote until after COVID.
