Create, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, homepages, and custom views utilizing applications such as Performance Analytics. bull Perform integration and support of operational services, update and maintain agile, streamlined, scalable and optimized ServiceNow system components. bull Assess new releases and provide direction regarding adoption of new features.
