nnThe Vive Studios and Developer Relations team is looking for a talented VR Content Manager who is eager to be part of a world-class team bringing new virtual reality experiences to life.
You will manage relationships and projects with VR content developers and partners developing showcase content, review production milestones, and manage the developer feedback loop throughout the product development lifecycle.
This role will work closely with internal business units across regions to support partner integrations that will drive new sales opportunities.
This individual will be a key contributor towards engaging and supporting developers and partners, elevating Vive technology, and enabling meaningful high-quality content experiences across the consumer and business markets.nn nn n nn nn What you get to do every day: nn nn nn Attract new partners to our platform and contribute as part of the Developer Relations team that manages and promotes our developer portal, SDKs, APIs, and developer resources.
Act as the liaison between internal teams and partners to optimize opportunities for content creators and maintain a high level of content quality.
Manage key partner relationships, project schedules, and related hardware seeding efforts.
Develop and promote partner value propositions that will unlock new customer opportunities.
Represent developer requirements to help guide our Vive product roadmap and content platform initiatives.
Engage with product and engineering teams to improve our solutions and processes.
Support developers with SDK integration, hardware testing, and porting efforts.
Contribute regularly to the Developer Blog and Community Forums.
Provide outreach and engagement at developer events, webinars, and virtual meetups.
Host training sessions and technical briefings as needed.
nn nn nn What you bring to the role: nn nn nn 5+ years of experience supporting content developers and partners with a focus on VR and mobile technologies.
BA/BS required; MBA preferred but not required.
Experience with game engine technology, VR development practices and design principles.
Understanding of developer segmentation and ecosystem and how to effectively engage with and support leading content creators.
Ability to help solve complex problems, navigate large, global organizations, and manage internal and external relationships.
Ability to anticipate the needs of industry partners and customize solutions.
Experience using CRM and project management tools.
Excellent documentation, presentation creation, and public speaking skills.
Potential travel to partner sites, as well as to events with significant developer audiences.
